Our client, a leading real estate law practice, is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Paralegal with 10+ years in a law firm and strong experience supporting large development and subdivision projects. Candidates must have working knowledge of the California Subdivided Land Law and prior interaction with the California Department of Real Estate (DRE).
Prepare and manage DRE filings; coordinate workflows across developers, consultants, legal teams, title, and escrow.
Support complex real estate closings, including drafting basic agreements, correspondence, summaries, and transaction documents.
Handle entity formations (LLCs, S-corps, C-corps, nonprofits) and related amendments, mergers, conversions, and cancellations.
Conduct and organize due diligence, including UCC searches and transfer requirements.
Provide general departmental support as needed.
Salary: $120K-$140K DOE
Schedule: First 90 days onsite; then hybrid (3 days/week) in San Francisco
